The base cloth is generally woven with high-strength polyester fiber or glass fiber, and the mechanical properties of warp and weft directions are controlled by the change of weaving method; The coating materials generally include polytetrafluoroethylene and polyvinyl chloride, which can improve the strength of the membrane. Generally, fluorine coating or silicon coating are added above this layer, which can play a role in fire resistance, waterproof and other properties, and can also extend the service life of the membrane.

anchorage system

The fixation of the membrane body of the air dome building is carried out on the "foot". Generally, the concrete foundation beam will be poured before the construction of the air dome building. The "L" type aluminum alloy profile will be embedded in the foundation beam. The edge of the membrane cloth will be embedded under the profile after processing, and then fixed with anti-corrosion wood. This anchoring method is simple in construction and has large anchoring force. In order to ensure safety, the gas film building also uses a steel cable system to connect to the anchor rod, which is equivalent to putting a layer of net on the balloon cover to make the whole more stable.

Air supply system

In order to ensure safety, the membrane building is generally equipped with two main fans, which are backup to each other. When fresh air is needed in the building, the two fans can operate simultaneously to meet the oxygen needs of a large number of people in the room, such as sports events; In general, a fan is enough to maintain the normal operation of the membrane building. The fan sends fresh air to the air-film building through the air duct, which can make the air in the building fresh.

Power supply system

In order to ensure the uninterrupted air supply of the membrane building, the municipal electricity can be used for power supply at ordinary times, and a fuel oil generator set should also be equipped to prevent the power supply from being blocked due to power failure or other faults. This power switch can be controlled by the power supply system itself or automatically and manually, to ensure that the building is safe.

air conditioning system

According to the purpose of the air dome building and the needs of users, if heating or cooling is required, the air conditioning system or split air conditioning system can be flexibly equipped. In the northern region, the geothermal module, the boiler water heating module, the solar heating module and the air-source heat pump heating module can also be developed. The owner has a wide choice, and can adjust heating to local conditions to save energy to a large extent.

Compared with traditional buildings, the refrigeration (heating) energy consumption of air dome buildings is only 10% - 25% of that of traditional buildings, and the overall energy saving is more than 75%. If the energy savings in other functions brought by these excellent materials and intelligent equipment are taken into account, the operating cost of the membrane building can be 1/30 or even 1/100 of that of the ordinary building.

The air dome building itself has diffuse reflection characteristics, which can rely on sunlight lighting, and can be equipped with transparent tarpaulin to make full use of sunlight. In order to illuminate in cloudy days or at night, a reflective lighting system can be designed. The light source will illuminate the light onto the film cloth. Through reflective lighting, it can achieve non-glare lighting, which is conducive to sports and other activities with high lighting requirements.

Access control system

The air dome building can be equipped with a revolving door for personnel at the entrance, which is convenient for access and small loss of air volume. You can also design and install equipment and vehicle entrances and exits, and use airlock doors to enter and exit. At the same time, each membrane building can also be equipped with multiple emergency evacuation doors as required.

intelligent control system

The air dome building adopts intelligent electromechanical control module, which can be operated manually or equipped with computer automatic control and remote control to flexibly control temperature and scientifically reduce operating costs.

The intelligent control system can integrate the fresh air, refrigeration and heating, generator unit, environmental monitoring, fault detection and other systems to carry out intelligent control and automatic adjustment, greatly reducing labor costs.
